MADP Core Initiatives

MADP Core Initiatives: National Public Health Education & Awareness Campaigns

Learn More _ MADP Leading the Path Forward To End Chronic Disease.

Through national education and awareness initiatives, MADP advances earlier detection, smarter prevention, and equitable access to precision medicine across the continuum of noncommunicable disease (NCD) – with cancer and cardiovascular disease at the forefront.

MADP Be Smart – Know Your Numbers – Know Your Risk™ is a national outreach initiative encouraging individuals to strengthen prevention at their annual wellness visits. By promoting informed conversations about evidence-based blood tests that can identify cardiometabolic risk earlier, this campaign supports proactive care before disease progresses.

MADP Wait—Don’t Flush! Look First™ is a three-tiered national initiative addressing the alarming rise of early-onset colorectal cancer in adults ages 18–44. By increasing awareness of gastrointestinal warning signs and encouraging timely medical evaluation, this campaign works to reduce delayed diagnoses and improve outcomes through earlier detection.

MADP Circle of Hope™ — “No Patient Left Behind.” expands awareness of and access to comprehensive cancer testing and precision oncology resources that are standard of care at leading NCI-designated cancer centers. MADP is committed to ensuring that access to advanced diagnostic tools and modern cancer care is not determined by geography or zip code.

MADP Precision Nutrition™ — Food as Medicine advances targeted, nutrition-centered strategies that reduce chronic disease risk, support patients across the care continuum, and improve long-term health outcomes. Integrated across prevention and patient support efforts, this initiative recognizes nutrition as a foundational pillar of precision public health.
